9:45am: Master of Ceremonies (Emcee) gives opening announcement
10:00-11:30am: First session of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Grand Tara Drupchen
Note: Event Director leads the Concise Request for Dharma Teachings ceremony
11:30-11:45am: Attendees wisely recess
Note: Recitation Team continues to practice and recite Tara mantras at the Tara mandala
11:45-1:15pm: Second session of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Grand Tara Drupchen

Afternoon Schedule

1:10-3:00pm: Recitation Continuum Team practices Tara mantra and prayer at
the Tara mandala
1:15-3:00pm: Lunch, midday Feast Offering Practice (provided at the practice location)
The Buddha Path: Dharma Activity Practice
1) Hold Dharma meetings with Event Ministers or Dharma team leaders
2) Event Ministers may engage in counseling or reconciling
Note: Make sure to encourage people to take a nap or rest if necessary.
3:00-4:30pm: Third session of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Grand Tara Drupchen
Note: During this time, all visitors are allowed to view and offer to the Grand Tara Mandala.
4:30-4:45pm: Attendees wisely recess
Note: Recitation Team continues to practice and recite Tara mantras at the Tara mandala

Evening Schedule

4:45-6:15pm: Fourth session of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Grand Tara Drupchen
6:15-7:00pm: Daily announcements and day’s concluding ceremony of Tara Drupchen
